Resident Satisfaction and Local Authorities

These slides were presented by Ben Page, Chief Executive at the research agency Ipsos MORI, at the 2009 County Councils Network Conference in Durham.  The presentation looks at the importance of knowing what residents think of the place where they live and explores strategies that councils could adopt to improve levels of satisfaction. Where possible, data for Somerset have been highlighted on the appropriate charts.
