Overview:
The Somerset Intelligence Network (SINe) is a network of professionals working for a range of organisations across Somerset who are specialists in statistics, data, research, consultation or other forms of information gathering.
The aim of SINe is to gather and use all this 'intelligence' effectively to support policy-making and improve the quality of life for people living in the County.
SINe is part of the South West Observatory, and is co-ordinated by the Partnership Intelligence Unit at Somerset County Council. This web site provides a public portal to SINe and the Observatory. It aims to be a first point of access for people and organisations looking for data, information and research about Somerset and its parts, such as districts and wards.
